I bring over 30 years of experience coaching and working with individuals across educational, athletic, outdoor, nonprofit, and professional arenas. With more than 30 years of involvement in Christian ministry in the US and overseas, I am passionate about helping believers identify their God-given gifts and talents so they can live with clarity, purpose, and faithfulness to who God has uniquely created them to be.

1996: Cru Albania Jesus Film Mission – 3-month mission trip
1997: Cru Miami of Ohio – Volunteered while serving as Assistant Women's Swim Coach
1998: Focus on the Family – Led tours while raising support to join Cru staff
1999-2002: Cru Staff at DU, Auraria, and School of Mines (Summers in Seattle, Newport Beach, Chile, and San Diego)
2002-2003: Cru Christchurch, NZ – Co-led a team of 10 students from CSU/DU for 15 months (Mission trip to Fiji)
2003-2006: Cru CU Boulder (Summers in Boulder & CSU)
2006-2010: Cru Wellington, NZ – Co-led multiple STINT teams yearly (Summers in Nelson Beach)
2010-2014: Cru Regional Team (Summers in Crested Butte, Boulder, and CSU)
